Referrals and Coupons: Some Exclusions Apply

We try to keep our list of exclusions as short as possible. If you have a gift card or a referral promotion for a discount or money off, we want you to be able to apply it to anything we offer. However, here is a short list of guidelines and products/services that may not be subject to discounts or coupons:

  • Only one coupon or promotion may be used for each transaction or related group of transactions (i.e. monthly subscriptions)

  • Coupons and referral specials are for new customers only

  • Filters and other “over the counter” items

  • Already discounted products/services

  • After hours or holiday services

  • Gift cards

  • Coupons must be presented at time of redemption

  • Thank you cards that contain a promotion (i.e. “$25 off your first service”) are intended for you to give away to someone you deem worthy of our awesome service

  • Thank you cards that contain a promotion (i.e. “$25 off your next service”) are intended to be used by you, but are transferable, so feel free to give them to someone you think is awesome

  • If no expiration date is present on any given coupon, referral, or other digital, website, or social promotion, the promotion expires 1 year from issuance or receipt (whichever is first)

“Club Rugged” & “Club Rugged V.I.P.” Maintenance Programs

Below are some clarifying terms and conditions of our maintenance programs. Unless specified separately, use these points as terms of your agreement.

  • Maintenance programs may be set up with different terms and contract lengths. Our most popular maintenance programs are 1 year, 2 year, 3 year, 5 year, and monthly continuous subscriptions

  • “No Overtime Charges”

    • Nights (between 5pm and 7am), weekends, and holidays are subject to premium rates for service visit rates AND repair rates. Maintenance program clients DO NOT pay premium service visit rates, and will only pay standard service visit rates. Since repair prices are often calculated from actual costs, repair rates may still be subject to premium billing for these services

  • “Preferred (Priority) Scheduling”

    • Whenever possible, we keep open spots available for our Club Rugged V.I.P. clients. If unused, those spots will be filled but we will do everything we can to get you in the next available time slot, even if that means we have to make adjustments to our already set schedule. We may choose to start early, stay late, or add arrival times rather than inconvenience any existing client appointments.

  • Cancellations can be made at any time but you may be billed the full rate for any services provided or the difference between any regular pricing and the special contracted price
